This position involves administering and negotiating construction contracts for a defence project. Key responsibilities include administering and negotiating construction contracts, managing variations, claims, disputes, and ensuring contractual compliance.

Work closely with project teams to align contracts with project needs, prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and financial reports, monitor contractor performance and compliance, build and maintain strong stakeholder and subcontractor relationships, conduct contract risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies, support resolution of contractual disputes.
