About the role:
- Support a respected builder delivering high-quality commercial & social housing projects across Melbourne's inner city, eastern, and south-eastern suburbs.
Your key responsibilities include managing construction contracts, maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and supporting project financial control processes.
Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience administering contracts for medium- to large-scale construction projects in commercial or multi-residential contexts.
- A strong understanding of procurement methods, contract types, and construction law.
- Exceptional organisational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface across disciplines.
- Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Work on social housing projects that positively impact Melbourne communities.
- Be part of a collaborative environment with a team dedicated to quality, innovation, and sustainable practices.
- Engage in diverse and meaningful work across multiple stages of project delivery.
