Job Title: Financial Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Financial Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to contribute to a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in financial operations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily banking and reconciliations, issuing and processing invoices, preparing batch payments on a weekly basis, handling supplier queries, allocating and receipting payments, and account & statement reconciliations. They will work closely with both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar financial role
