We're seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to lead our team in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex NDIS cases and mentoring a team of professionals.

  • Lead a passionate team of Speech Pathologists in delivering exceptional services to clients.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of team members, ensuring they're equipped to handle challenging cases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to shape services that meet the needs of clients with complex communication requirements.
What You Bring
  • 5-10+ years of experience in Speech Pathology, with a strong background in NDIS cases.
  • Tertiary qualifications and SPA registration.
  • Proven leadership experience or strong potential to lead a team.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to undergo background checks.
