Job Description:

The role of Corporate Communications Specialist involves executing internal communications programs and content development distribution services for multiple purposes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and distribute content for internal external communications, including CEO staff communication, newsletters, internal announcement emails, intranet postings, homepage content, PPT presentations, social media, and media communications.
  2. Create and execute core internal communications programs.
  3. Provide change management advice support to aid strategic business initiatives.
  4. Design develop content for internal projects across various business units.
  5. Write distribute newsletters other communications for the channel business.
  6. Contribute to corporate blogging programs support corporate social media communications strategy.
  7. Maintain general information sections of the company website.
  8. E nsure consistency of communications distributed across the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional writing skills a tertiary qualification in marketingcommunications or a related discipline, and a strong professional background within a similar role ideally within the ICT industry, as well as demonstrable experience:

  • Strong knowledge of ICT solutions services.
  • Advanced level editing writing skills.
  • Relevant internal communications planning change management experience highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a communicationsrelated role e.g. journalism.
  • Experience with managing social media accounts.
  • Must be highly competent with all MS Office programs excellent PPT skills.
  • Able to work independently selfmotivated conscientious.
