
Inbound Customer Service Specialist

- Process sales enquiries, including taking orders and managing quote requests through phone and email.
- Provide support to customers who visit the showroom, offering solutions-focused assistance and advice.
- Create accurate quotes and follow up with customers to maximise conversion and satisfaction.
- Carry out administrative tasks and assist internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in inbound sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B or product-based environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clear and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail and solid administrative capabilities.
- Confidence using web-based platforms and CRM or order management systems.
