This role is focused on providing top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support across various channels. Key responsibilities include responding promptly to incoming calls, handling sales enquiries, processing orders, managing quote requests, and providing walk-in support.Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls and resolving queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales enquiries, including taking orders and managing quote requests through phone and email.
  • Provide support to customers who visit the showroom, offering solutions-focused assistance and advice.
  • Create accurate quotes and follow up with customers to maximise conversion and satisfaction.
  • Carry out administrative tasks and assist internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in inbound sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B or product-based environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail and solid administrative capabilities.
  • Confidence using web-based platforms and CRM or order management systems.
  • A warm, positive attitude with a genuine 'can-do' mindset.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
