About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in providing top-notch assistance to our callers via our 1800 phone number. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling Inbound Calls: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, addressing each concern with empathy and expertise.
  • Managing Dealer Cases: Dive into dealer inquiries, utilizing internal resources to find solutions that support dealers in resolving customer issues.
  • Proactive Management: Take charge of our Early Alert programs, addressing concerns before they escalate into complaints, and support the NCC loan vehicle program to minimise customer inconvenience.

You'll work closely with our team to ensure every customer interaction is a positive one. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Complete Maestro Contacts: Ensure all inbound calls are addressed promptly and effectively.
  2. Respond to Customer Calls and Queries: Daily, handle a variety of inbound contacts, ensuring each customer query or concern is addressed promptly and accurately.
  3. Investigate and Manage Dealer Cases: Utilise internal resources to find solutions that support dealers in resolving customer issues.
  4. Proactive Management: Address concerns before they escalate into complaints, and support the NCC loan vehicle program to minimise customer inconvenience.
  5. Special Projects: Undertake special projects as required, such as managing product-related concerns and supporting the team during manager absences.
About You:

  • Your empathetic approach to problem-solving, coupled with stellar communication skills, will ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • As a team player, you'll collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and external stakeholders, prioritising tasks and delivering strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
