  • Desirable:
    • Certificate III in Administration, Aged Care, Project Management, or related fields.
    • Certificate IV or Diploma in Aged Care, Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
    • Knowledge of the Home Care Package Operations Manual and Aged Care Quality Standards.
