Operations Support Specialist

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance and Accounts Team. This involves coordinating and allocating tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across multiple services and contracts, ensuring the successful completion of tasks within our CMMS systems.

You will maintain data accuracy and records related to assets and maintenance, ensuring records are up-to-date. Additionally, you will operate the internal helpdesk line, answer calls from engineers and the client service desk, and update tasks as required.

Closing out work orders, entering close-off numbers, and performing checks to move POs to Approved status by the Team Leader is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will liaise with technicians daily to ensure SLA performance meets KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of maintenance activities, strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
