Job Title

Supporting Operations and Services

  • This role is a key position in our operations team, responsible for supporting service delivery and coordination across multiple services and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance to ensure successful completion within the CMMS systems.
  2. Ensure quality and accuracy of data and records related to assets and maintenance.
  3. Operate the internal helpdesk line, answering calls from engineers and the client service desk, and updating tasks as required.
  4. Close out work orders, enter close-off numbers, and perform necessary checks to move POs to Approved status by the Team Leader.
  5. Liaise daily with technicians to ensure SLA performance meets KPIs.
  6. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • General knowledge of maintenance activities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desirable: Training in OH&S, QA, and environmental disciplines.
