Site Operations Specialist

This is an exciting career opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as a Site Operations Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our Waste Disposal, Recycling, and Reuse Facility.
Your key responsibilities will include operating site plant and machinery such as excavators, dozers, skid-steer loaders, front-end loaders, graders, and dump trucks.
You will also actively participate in all safety and operations-related training and provide infield safety-related data around safety incidents, safety hazards, and safety non-compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate site plant and machinery to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with daily site operations and maintenance tasks.
- Participate in safety and operations-related training and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of site operations and safety incidents.
- HR license or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in operating site plant and machinery.
- Safety certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
