Job Title: Medical Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate the daily processing of all new outpatient referrals.


About the Role:
  • Liaise with medical, nursing, allied health and support services staff to ensure efficient organisation/prioritisation of all referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the daily processing of new outpatient referrals, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
