**Pramana Medical Centre is seeking a medical receptionist to join our friendly team.**

Pramana Medical is a family run business committed to providing holistic health care to our community. We are a unique practice investing in health and development of our patients and practice team. We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our admin team on a part-time basis.

**Your duties will include**:

- Welcoming patients to the practice.
- Managing and coordinating phone calls, walk-ins and arrival of scheduled patients.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Coordinating bookings and managing appointments.
- Processing invoices, bills and payments using EFTPOS and Medicare & insurance claims.
- Providing end-to-end administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
- Supporting doctors, allied health and specialist with managing their requests.
- Supporting patients with their requests and engagement with the wider healthcare industry.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
