We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dedicated team at The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. As the Complex Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Event Planning team in the coordination of all aspects of day-to-day activities, including reporting and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone inquiries and direct follow-up to the appropriate team member.
  • Coordinate entertainment, sites, manage large entertainment projects, and assist in trade show coordination.
  • Maintain databases, ensuring account, contact, and booking profiles are updated daily and accurate per Marriott International standards.
  • Take MICE phone enquiries, qualify leads, and distribute them to the sales team. Prepare basic catering proposals when needed.
  • Assist with MICE and Special Corporate contract administration, including preparation, invoicing, processing deposits, GDS load forms, CI/TY activities.
  • Maintain data accuracy in systems like CI/TY, MI Leads, and Opera.

About You:

  • Previous hotel sales department experience is preferred.
  • You must have a relevant diploma or higher, or hold at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • You should thrive on direct engagement and have a vision to grow and develop yourself and the business.
  • You must be results-driven and have demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
  • You possess exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You maintain the highest level of professionalism and presentation.

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum (based on location and experience).
