About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for upholding buyer trust in sneakers by delivering an elevated experience to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting, authenticating, and re-packaging sneakers in accordance with strict standards and processes.

You will also utilize your expertise in sneakers to confirm an item's authenticity by locating brand identifiers, evaluating the quality of materials and construction of footwear, and working with eBay software and technology systems to track the item from dock receiving to the moment it is posted to the end customer.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of sneakers across all brands, including originals, luxury, and re-releases. Prior experience in authentication is desirable, but not mandatory. You should also have an eye for detail, a precise and analytical mindset, and be comfortable with technology platforms.

Additionally, you should be highly organized, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
