Sneaker Enthusiasts Wanted

Are you passionate about fashion and excited to be part of a dynamic team? We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Orion store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on the latest sneaker trends and styles. Your passion for streetwear and sneaker culture will shine through in your interactions with customers, making them feel valued and empowered to make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Drive sales growth through effective product recommendations and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Process large volumes of stock efficiently and effectively
  • Assist with maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • Availability to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets/KPIs
