Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations of our cafe.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our cafe operates efficiently, delivers outstanding customer service, and stays ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily cafe operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the cafe team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Supplier Relations: Liaise with suppliers and manage procurement of high-quality cafe supplies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Innovation: Develop and introduce new specialty drinks to keep the menu fresh, relevant, and exciting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in cafe or restaurant management.
  • Hands-on experience with specialty coffee and craft beverages.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
