About This Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will be surrounded by a passionate group of individuals dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and finding the perfect fit for our customers.

Our team members are highly motivated and driven to provide a unique shopping experience for our customers. We believe that people want to better their best, and we're here to provide correctly fitted footwear and personalized service.

The ideal candidate will have full availability during peak periods and possess previous retail experience. A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture is essential, as well as the ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
  • Work part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock
  • Assist in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping and cleaning
Requirements
  • Full availability during peak periods
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
