Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support our commercial and product teams.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice across various domains including contract negotiation, intellectual property, privacy and risk management.
  • Review, draft and negotiate customer and supplier agreements.
  • Maintain and enhance a suite of legal templates, tools and precedents.
  • Contribute to the legal risk framework and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory obligations.
  • Assist in managing the IP portfolio, including trademarks and licensing agreements.
