Job Opportunity

Job Description

  • Conduct research and analysis on complex matters within area of expertise
  • Provide expert legal advice in relation to grant agreements, procurement contracts, intellectual property, privacy, employment law and other commercial law matters
  • Supervise and manage the team and contribute to the development of branch members
  • Make decisions using sound judgement, expertise and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant legal qualifications
  • Eligibility to hold a government restricted Australian legal practicing certificate with at least 5 years post admission experience
