We are currently seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement Team.
About Your Role:
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in purchasing production/project material requirements, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase and procure materials, managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
- Record and track non-conformances, quality issues and delivery problems
- Process orders with suppliers according to UGL's standard procedures and update the purchasing system with accurate data
- Coordinate the procurement process from requisition to purchase order
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
About You:
The successful candidate will possess experience in procurement, supply chain or administration related roles, along with strong knowledge of procurement processes and principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent organisational and time-management skills.
