Job Description:

As a Community Support Coordinator , you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Shortland Waters Retirement Village. This includes managing maintenance tasks, working with contractors, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • ">
  • Managing day-to-day maintenance tasks, including attending to resident requests and working with contractors. ">
  • Ensuring the village remains safe and welcoming for residents, visitors, staff, and others. ">
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals. ">

What We're Looking For:

  • ">
  • Experience in General Maintenance and 'Handyperson' roles or possess domestic maintenance skills. ">
  • A warm & caring personality with an interest in making a difference every day. ">">
  • Current Police Check certificate (required). ">
  • Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required). ">
