The successful candidate will provide support to the team, including managing records, compiling data for reports, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating mail/parcel deliveries, managing office supplies, and creating newsletters.
The role involves supporting business leads with customer delivery, employee satisfaction, operational performance, financial control and profitability outcomes, and assisting with purchase order and procurement activities. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating Onboarding and Offboarding activities for employees/contractors.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience working in business administration or office support, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
