Job Title: Industrial Channel Manager

About the Role:

NAPA is Australia and New Zealand's largest and newest name in automotive aftermarket parts. We're on an exciting journey to revolutionise the Australian automotive aftermarket sector.

As a Channel Manager - Industrial, your primary responsibility is to lead, develop and mentor both direct and indirect reports to deliver results for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage channels in line with customer value proposition
  • Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring and performance management of your team
  • Build strong relationships and engage with top-tier customers
  • Develop and deploy industrial channel sales plans for your region

Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a true people leader that loves to train, develop and coach high-performing teams. Industry experience in industrial supply, auto electrical industry or heavy commercial vehicle sectors is preferred.

  • Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results
