Studio Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Studio Team Lead to oversee the studio department and manage a team of professionals.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with other rental team leads, managing the studio bookings, reset and set build teams, managing the department roster, new business development, account management, asset management, overseeing operations, training staff, performance management, and working with rental and retail teams.

">

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, shape the future of our video subdivision, and contribute to revenue targets while ensuring best-in-class customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will have team leadership and account management experience, with a background in the creative industry highly regarded. Key skills and experience include teamwork, verbal and written communication skills, equipment rental experience, fluency in Elev8 Insphire, MS Word, and MS Excel, and commercial acumen.
