Job Title: Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our creative studio in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Studio Operations: Manage the day-to-day running of the Creative Studio, overseeing project management, collaboration tools, and team workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Brief Management: Act as the point person and gatekeeper for all briefs, reviewing each one to ensure they meet standards and contain achievable deadlines.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage team workflow, assigning tasks appropriately based on skillset and capacity to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Asset Management: Serve as the organisation's champion for best practice asset management, managing digital assets effectively.
Requirements:
  • A comprehensive knowledge of digital production processes in a creative environment.
  • Experience in developing, mentoring, and managing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong industry connections to source freelancers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Experience in implementing new digital asset managers for businesses.
