Creative Studio Manager

As our Creative Studio Manager, you'll be the guardian of our visual identity, bringing Camilla's imaginative world to life across every brand touchpoint.
This role is equal parts creative thinker, operational powerhouse and collaborative leader.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Tribe to oversee the intake, flow, and delivery of all creative briefs — ensuring every campaign, image and design asset is delivered with impact, intention and aligned to our iconic brand DNA.
From digital to print, motion to post-production — you'll lead and inspire a team of talented graphic designers to dream big, stay on brief and deliver bold creatives on time and at the highest standard.

How you will create the Camilla magic..
Overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the graphic design team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and creative excellence across all projects.
Allocating resources and managing capacity to meet the needs of a high-volume, fast-paced studio environment.
Tracking and managing the progress of creative briefs from all corners of the business — including e Commerce, Retail, Wholesale, Social, Visual Merchandising, and Internal Comms.
Acting as the key liaison between the Creative Studio and internal stakeholders — translating business needs into clear timelines, deliverables, and creative actions.
Continuously refining and improving systems, processes, and tools — from briefing templates and traffic management systems to asset delivery workflows — to drive studio efficiency.
Owning the end-to-end creative briefing process, ensuring all briefs are clear, complete, and aligned with business and brand objectives before they hit the studio floor.
Partnering with the Brand & Marketing Director and broader Marketing team to constantly assess and prioritise the workload — balancing reactive, quick-turn requests with strategic, long-lead projects.
Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Graphic Designers — nurturing their creative growth while keeping delivery sharp, on-brand, and on time.
Desired Experience to succeed..
Proven experience managing a creative studio or in-house agency team — ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space.
Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture a small-to-medium team of designers with a calm, collaborative, and solutions-focused leadership style.
A deep understanding of creative workflows and the ability to triage competing priorities with clarity, speed, and sound judgement.
Impeccable organisational and time management skills — you can keep multiple plates spinning without dropping the detail.
A sharp eye for design and branding, with the confidence to give constructive feedback and champion brand integrity.
Comfortable working with project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com or similar platforms.
A true passion for creativity, collaboration, and colour — and a love for all things bold and beautifully branded.
