Support Professional for Individuals with Complex Needs

The role involves providing tailored support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks. This includes helping them with personal care such as showering, dressing, and grooming, as well as domestic assistance like light household cleaning and meal preparation.

Additional responsibilities include accompanying customers on social activities, shopping trips, and medical appointments, while also monitoring their well-being and reporting on their progress.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess a Certificate 3 in Individual Aged Care or Disability, hold a current Australian Driver's Licence, and have experience working in the disability/community services sector.

You will also require current CPR/First Aid Certification, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card), and Working with Children Blue Card. Additionally, having completed the NDIS Quality Worker Orientation Module would be beneficial.
