Empowering Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our teams in providing support to people with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and engage in their communities across Brisbane's Western Suburbs and Ipswich.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will facilitate community engagement, empower individuals to pursue their interests, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

  • Belief in delivering excellent and continually improving service provision.

We offer a unique opportunity to work in a small organization with a positive culture, excellent team support, and dedicated Participant Coordinators. Our supports are predominantly 1-on-1, with some overnight shifts, and we require team members who can provide support in participants' homes and the community.

The role requires:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting individuals with complex disabilities;
  • Current driver's license and ability to drive wheelchair-accessible vehicles;
  • Eligibility for a Blue card and Yellow card;
  • Accreditation with current First Aid Certificate and CPR;
  • Availability to work in a 24/7 roster, including early mornings, daytime, evening, and active awake shifts, with some overnight shifts required.

We value previous experience and qualifications but prioritize individuals with an interesting background and passion for supporting people with disabilities or those with personal lived experience.
