We are seeking individuals to join our team as Female Disability Support Workers.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who have experience supporting clients with complex medical needs. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing active overnight support and occasional respite shifts.

The role involves physically capable of hoisting and manual handling, building strong rapport and trust with the individuals you support and their stakeholders, provision of personal care and light domestic duties, complete job tasks in accordance with participant plans in a timely manner, write and maintain accurate written records and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or IV in Disability or similar industry qualifications, experience with PEG feeding, Midazolam trained, confident in building rapport with client and stakeholders, a strong work ethic, a positive outlook and the ability to remain calm and professional while under pressure, own reliable transport, National Police Check, Yellow Card and Blue Card.
