Graduate Engineer - Civil / Environmental

We are seeking a talented, motivated and innovative Graduate to join our dynamic and high-performing teams in Perth. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part of our team that cultivates a varied set of knowledge and skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical and closure & remediation projects.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports and drawings.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • A recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
  • Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
