Civil and Environmental Graduate Engineer

This is a full-time two-year graduate program that will provide you with the tools needed to start your career in civil and environmental engineering. You will be exposed to various sectors and work environments, allowing you to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, and geotechnical projects.
  • Collect and analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure engineering solutions remain current.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Identify and address engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience, ideally in a consulting environment (highly desired).
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries (highly desired).
