Job Opportunity: Civil and Environmental Graduate

This is a full-time two-year graduate program designed to develop knowledge and skills in civil, environmental, and closure projects with exposure to diverse sectors and work environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical, and closure & remediation projects including preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, and panel submissions.
  • Collect and analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure engineering solutions remain current.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Identify and address engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.
  • Hold valid work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous experience in a consulting environment or retail, hospitality, or customer service industries is highly desired.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally; innovative thinkers and problem-solvers are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong rapport-building skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment are essential.
