This is a two-year full-time graduate program designed to develop knowledge and skills in civil, environmental, and closure projects. The program aims to cultivate professionals who can design, plan, and execute projects efficiently.
Main Responsibilities- Support senior engineers in preparing tenders, submissions, and executing projects.
- Analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure current engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
- Evaluate compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- A recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
- Relevant work rights to live and work in Australia.
- Prior experience in a consulting environment, preferably as a student.
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally; innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong rapport-building skills.
