About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects that require technical expertise and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Review
  • Create and review road and highway designs using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or 12D.
  • Evaluate compliance with standards, guidelines, and specifications throughout the design and project execution process.
  • Collaboration and Project Management
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, structural engineers, and other team members to deliver integrated solutions for major highway projects.
  • Develop project plans, technical specifications, and tender documentation to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Conduct detailed engineering calculations and analysis for roadworks, intersections, and other civil infrastructure elements.
  • Lead feasibility studies and provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and approvals are obtained.
  • Presentation of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Review designs and documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Maintain adherence to safety and environmental regulations during project delivery.
  • Integration of sustainable engineering practices into designs to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource efficiency.
