Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous experience in a Key Account role; HORECA or FMCG experience is a bonus. Essential skills include strong communication and negotiation abilities, excellent organisational skills, and a proven capacity for relationship-building across all organisational levels. The candidate must also possess effective problem-solving skills and be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver coffee & machine sales targets and driving positive market contribution to the overall Nespresso B2B OOH channel.
  • Performing analysis of Key Account business potential within the QLD/Northern NSW market.
  • Acquiring through understanding the customer needs and requirements.
  • Expanding the relationship with existing customers by continuously improving solutions that meet their overall business objectives.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key internal & external stakeholders within the HORECA channel.
  • Monitoring and reporting all competitive activities and proactively developing countermeasures.
  • Driving Nespresso's Sustainability Initiatives.
  • Ensuring the local implementation & execution of Nespresso's overall HORECA channel plan.
  • Ensuring monthly reports are completed.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements with new & existing HORECA customers.
