We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Account Manager to join our Asia Pacific East Sales and Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision makers at our customer sites, continuously promoting Metso's value-added offering.

This role will involve up to 60% travel, providing opportunities to develop your skills and expand your professional network.

About the Role:

  • Deliver profitable business growth through strategic account management.
  • Focus on after-market business areas, identifying investment/capex opportunities for the wider business.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of any Metso function at the site.
  • Seek and coordinate resources and channels for customer-facing activities.
  • Understand customer business and present Metso's added value effectively.
  • Drive site sales activities, working closely with cross-functional site account teams.
  • Maintain and share information on installed base, performance, and shutdown schedules.
  • Orchestrate customer satisfaction surveys and closed-loop activities.
  • Support Accounts Receivable and payment collections.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
  2. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgist studies, or similar engineering discipline.
  3. Site and/or mineral processing experience is advantageous.
  4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  5. Intermediate understanding of accounting procedures, including profit and loss, budgets, and gross margins.
  6. Intermediate computer literacy in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. Current motor vehicle license and passport.
  8. Ability to travel up to 60% of the time by motor vehicle and commercial flights.
  9. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  10. Excellent sales and presentation skills.
  11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
