Key Responsibilities

This role involves working with NetSuite financial software to perform duties such as:

  • Processing Supplier Statements: Prepare and process supplier statements and reports in a timely manner.
  • Full Function Accounts Payable: Manage full function accounts payable duties including payment processing, statement preparation, and vendor management.
  • Monthly Invoicing for Clients: Accurate and timely invoicing for clients, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Cash-Flow Management: Maintain daily cash-flow records, update financial forecasts, and monitor account balances.
  • Ensuring Legal Compliance: Ensure all financial functions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in finance or accounting;
  • Relevant use of large accounting systems;
  • High Volume AR/AP background;
  • 1-3 years' experience as a finance officer/accounts officer;
  • Process improvement experience;
  • A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles;
  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity;
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
