Early Intervention Specialist

Serve as a vital part of our team supporting children aged 0-6 years with developmental delays and their families. We prioritize building strong relationships to foster each child's unique journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine necessary supports for young children
  • Collaborate closely with families and inter-disciplinary teams to implement tailored intervention plans
  • Deliver Speech Pathology services in individual and group settings
  • Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology is essential
  • Registration with the relevant professional association is mandatory
  • Experience working with young children with developmental delays or disability and their families is highly valued
  • Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic, and relationship-based early intervention model is desired
  • Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice is required
  • A current driver's license and willingness/ability to travel to clients are necessary
  • A valid Blue Card is essential
