About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for optimising procurement and supply chain functions.

Your primary focus will be on managing supplier agreements, negotiating prices, overseeing contract management, developing category strategies, and sourcing activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, marketing, and store development to deliver value, ensure compliance, and maintain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to excellence, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier agreements, including negotiation and administration of contracts;
  • Oversee category strategies and sourcing activities to drive cost savings and quality improvements;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures;
  • Analyse market trends and make recommendations to improve procurement processes;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and other external partners;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management;
  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
