Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing purchasing and sourcing activities across various categories, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and process purchase orders within company systems and processes accurately.
  • Obtain quotes and liaise with suppliers on the supply of goods and services.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving invoicing discrepancies and supplier performance concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communication.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Purchasing, Buying, Sourcing or Procurement position.
  • Experience in purchasing/sourcing goods and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with good relationship-building skills.
