- Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to patients across acute, ED, and aged care settings.
- Responsibilities: Delivering patient care, responding to emergencies, taking clinical leadership as RN-in-Charge, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting residents and their families.
- Environment: Our rural generalist model provides opportunities to work across various settings, including emergency departments, acute care units, and residential aged care facilities.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, allied health staff, and other nurses.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute or emergency setting.
- Qualifications: AHPRA registration and completion of relevant courses in areas such as ALS, triage, and virtual care systems.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Adaptable, self-directed, and calm under pressure, with a commitment to teamwork and collaborative care.
