Job Overview

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide early intervention, health promotion, and family support services in a welcoming rural setting.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver safe, culturally respectful, family-centred care for parents, infants, and children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, culturally respectful, family-centred care for parents, infants, and children
  • Provide home visits to families within two weeks of birth
  • Support families with parenting advice, breastfeeding, child development, and early intervention
  • Act as an advocate to help families make informed health decisions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, multidisciplinary teams, and community services to ensure seamless care
  • Contribute to Closing the Gap by working in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families
Working Conditions
