Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our close-knit rural facility. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge, growth, and work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute or emergency settings and be confident working across aged care, ED, and acute care in a rural generalist model.

As RN-in-Charge on shift, you will take clinical leadership and collaborate with telehealth and virtual care teams for safe emergency management.

You will also support residents and their families with compassionate care that respects their stories and experiences.

About You
  • AHPRA-registered with experience in acute or emergency settings
  • Confident working across aged care, ED, and acute care in a rural generalist model
  • Adaptable, self-directed, and calm under pressure
  • Committed to teamwork and collaborative care
  • Passionate about making a real impact in a rural health setting
