Job Responsibilities

In this hands-on position, you will prioritize daily and weekly tasks and directly supervise team members onsite, ensuring they are trained and competent to perform duties across all areas of operation.

You will ensure safe execution of work priorities while maintaining focus on quality and cost efficiency.

Main Accountabilities
  • Execute routine operations according to policies and procedures related to employee, food, and feed safety and environmental compliance.
  • Monitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer requirements are within specifications.
  • Operate within set guidelines.
  • High priority on Customer Service.
  • Develop, manage, and provide coaching to casual staff at site.
Qualifications
  • Experience with plant operations, equipment maintenance, and bulk material handling.
  • Training and certifications provided for additional required skills and licenses.
  • Experience within the grain industry or bulk material handling sector is highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety standards with ability to promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Taking a hands-on approach to work tasks with problem-solving skills.
