Pharmacy Operations Manager

The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor role is a key position that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in pharmacy operations. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising daily technician tasks and performance levels, monitoring pharmacy workflow queues and phone service levels, and creating schedules to ensure efficient operation.
Additional responsibilities include conducting weekly huddles to cover communications and process opportunities, completing monthly 1 on 1's to evaluate workload and performance, and maintaining team morale and employee retention. You will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning and assigning work, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
To succeed in this role, you need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience as a pharmacy technician supervisor. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Certificates, licenses, and registrations, including a Florida Pharmacy Technician License and National Pharmacy Technician Certification, are necessary.
