IT Service Continuity Manager

As a key professional in IT service delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of high-quality customer delivery of IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customers' continuity requirements and ensure that Disaster Recovery plans align with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customers' continuity requirements and develop strategic plans to meet their needs.
  2. Evaluate and implement Disaster Recovery plans to ensure alignment with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT service management, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and develop effective solutions.
