About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks that drive business success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing critical governance forums that meet regulatory requirements and advance organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute governance forums that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a senior secretariat, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and meeting agendas.
  • Support non-financial risk reporting and uplift initiatives.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in senior risk, governance, or compliance roles within regulated industries.
  • Outstanding capability in establishing and leading audit-worthy governance forums.
  • Strong track record of working with senior executives and risk leaders to deliver structured governance outcomes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of non-financial risk fields, including complaints, sales conduct, and customer vulnerability.
