Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner to the leadership team, providing governance expertise and influencing strategic direction.
- Drive process improvements to maximize value delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in senior governance roles with proven expertise.
- A strong track record of managing complex portfolios.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, establishing governance functions within large organisations.
- Exceptional influencing skills, chairing steering committees and driving change at executive level.
- Familiarity with risk management, forecasting, and developing executive reporting suites.
- Advanced analytical capabilities and data visualisation skills highly valued.
- The ability to think strategically, translate vision into actionable frameworks, and lead organisational change efforts.
- Essential experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
