We're seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of 200 residential properties. As a Strategic Portfolio Leader, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of tenancies, from application to exit, ensuring seamless and efficient management.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of professionals to handle day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs in a cost-effective manner
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LANDLORDS AND TENANTS
  • ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION AND COMPANY POLICIES
  • PROVIDING CLEAR AND TIMELY COMMUNICATION TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS
